Cancelling Before Processing or Dispatch

If you wish to cancel or amend an order, contact us through our Contact Page at https://miriam-jewellery.com/pages/contact or at info@miriam-jewellery.com within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will attempt to process your request, but cancellation or amendment cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or been prepared for dispatch.

If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be stopped as an operational cancellation. You may still exercise any applicable return or statutory cancellation rights after receiving it.

Statutory Cancellation Rights

The 24-hour period described above concerns our ability to stop an order before processing or dispatch. It does not replace or restrict any mandatory cancellation rights provided by UK consumer law.

Where the statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies, you may notify us within 14 days after receiving the goods that you wish to cancel the purchase.

After notifying us, you must normally return the goods within a further 14 days. Legal exceptions may apply, including to certain sealed hygiene-sensitive products once the seal has been removed.

How to Request a Cancellation

Include the following information:

- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- The email address used for the order.
- The item or order you wish to cancel.

We will confirm whether the order was successfully cancelled or whether it has already entered processing or dispatch.

Refunds for Successful Cancellations

If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card provider or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund.
