Products are dispatched from our international fulfilment partner in Ningbo, China, and final delivery is normally completed by Royal Mail.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Requests to stop an order before processing or dispatch should be submitted within 24 hours. This operational timeframe does not eliminate any statutory cancellation right that applies after delivery.
